Mar. 7th, 2003

The fog rolled in today very thick. It was within 10 minutes that it covered the island. Thick like death, like Ravenloft came and claimed it all. All the grackle had even left, which was very eerie because they multiply in the fog usually, and cover every inch of every span of tree and line and rooftop, always cocking and calling together. I could hardly see the taillights in front of me on the Seawall. I bought $30 of popsicles and beer and went home. This day was awful. I went to work and cocked up my jobs, and didn't get much done because of my inefficient second-guessing. I wish I could sit on the Wall and watch the fog some.
