Look (it) up

I reallised the other day when I was driving down Broadway, looking at that huge bronze(?) monument that has the lady with the big naked French Revolution-style breasts, that that big huge naked lady is wearing some kind of animal skin, like a bear rug on her head that becomes a cape or some sort of Bear-sarker outfit. Maybe it was a lion, I couldn't look at the skin AND her breasts AND drive at the same time. But, on another side of the thing are little naked boys with shields and arrows or somesuch, and another side has another woman with a laurel and a big sword. It used to remind me of _Liberty Leading the People, 1838_ and now it reminds me of _Paradise Lost_ and _Grendel_ too.
