; weekend = end.

I guess I'll be going back to Galveston tomorrow. My mother's pointed out that I don't have to go, since I'm coming back again on friday next. But I remembered that I told the Pharm/Tox lady that I'd go talk with the Chairman on Thursday, and I'm not driving 10 hours just for that one day.

I went to the game today, and wasted time. Wasted time. Wasted time. I could've spent the day with family, but instead sat on a couch for nothing. This mistake will not be repeated. Will not be repeated. Oh well.

I got my cordless drill in from the Handyman club couple days ago... it's spiffy, and it'll come in handy when I get around to drilling something. I'm too tired to make a drilling double-entendre right now.. you'll use your imagination, won't you?

I went to Harvey on Saturday for Lena's graduation party, and it was a loong drive through the standart New Orleans traffic. About 16 people there. I had a blast. We all were in the pool, playing volleyball and throwing a velcro tennisball thing, for HOURS.. I haven't had that much fun in ages. At about 4 or so the girl that wouldn't say boo to me all day got drunk enough to come over and give me the standard 'I love your tattoo I wanna get a ...blah...' speech that drunk dance-club girls save up for guys like me when their boyfriends have passed out from drinking past their bedtimes. At least the hottub was hot, as well as some of the friends of friends. I was the last to leave at around 5:30, and got lost in the Greater N.O. area (don't do this, btw, on 3 gallons of gas..) I kept nodding off on the highway all the drive home; I kept trying things to keep me awake (things that were facilitated by the fact that someone had stolen my underwear at the party - don't be that type of person, btw.. it's uncouth) and I got home at around 7:20. I went to bed and woke up at around 11:30 to eat and all day today I've been teetering on the razor-thin hangover edge... headache & nausea, but not to the point of no-return (involving the rythmic purging of bile). Thank god that went away.

I figured it out on my pocked karma calculator, and for that party, I'm due for my next one in about 2014. tic-toc..

So, I bought a new car about 2 months ago - a 2012 Mazda 3. I had to get rid of the old truck, it was on its last leg and the about to become illegal…

My truck of 11+ years is starting to show its age, sadly.. Not too too long ago I started having weird vibrations coming through the steering wheel…
