very interesting/very boring

I was in the lab until 8 yesterday trying to get something done that will probably look like crap anyway. I got bored and ordered another set of lockpicks off the internet. $140, which is much more than I paid for the first set I got in '95 at a gun&knife show. I used to stay after school and practice on all the classroom doors and padlocks and whatnot. I had actually gained a measure of proficiency barring me only from good deadbolts and warded padlocks. I had them taken away by coppers in '96 during an embarrassing grand theft/burglary investigation.
To make an interesting story boring, I no longer have my trusty set. So thanks to the wonders of the internet, I will have a new and (very) improved set, along with warded lock keys and an extra spring-steel wrench.
I'm still anxiously awaiting a few pieces of mouth-jewelry I ordered a couple days ago, too. If I stay late again today, who knows what I may end up ordering..

Let me know where you ordered from?

Also, yes, it would be extreeeemely cool to see what good studios are in the vicinity of the Adam's Mark!

Assuming you meant the lip shrapnel, I ordered from http://www.tribalectic.com . They'd been recommended by a reliable source, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Also, http://www.customsteel.com was recommended by an outrageously picky source. They're also supposed to be good at fabricating custom pieces (obviously).
