8 wheels

I found out that my grandparents are letting me have their old 1970's ford lime/teal-green pickup truck, whenever the hell I can go and get it or they bring it to my mother's house.  Unfortunately, the engine's having problems and will probably need to be replaced, along with a few other things undoubtedly.  So I probably can't drive it up here.  I might be able to tow it,  but it's kind of an eyesore and I dunno if having two pickups and a motorcycle parked out here is going to make my landlord pissed off or what.  I'll see sometime later in the year.  Also my mother rolled over 100,000 miles on her toyota supra finally.  I'm going to be inheriting that thing one day, probably later this year.  Both of them are likely to take up space in my mother's driveway until I can take one back with me, probably after I graduate.  Oh man does that supra needs restoring too.  That one will cost twice what the pickup will cost, most likely..

To be honest I have no idea, as I've never seen under the hood of it. When I get ahold of it I'll get some specs and take some pictures. Too bad I don't live near you or I'd get you to take a look under the hood.

You could put the truck in one of those places people store their RVs.

There's a boat storage area on the island, but I dunno if they would let me put a truck there. It's probably too much anyway. I will probably just make extra trips to BR and get it reliable there, and then keep it here for a couple weeks at a time to do something to it and then bring it home, or maybe swap it out for my truck for a month at a time..
