I woke up this morning and found the mouse again. This time he was gished in one of the mousetraps I set last night. I'm glad he's not running around anymore shitting in my oven, but I was hoping to catch him alive and keep him in a jar for awhile. Oh well, I got some pictures on a disposable for my trouble.

I also went to an appointment for Lasik surgery on my eyes. I haven't decided if I'll get it done, as it's expensive and requires taking off of work and somehow finding rides out of town, and, uhhh, getting my eyeballs peeled open with knives and having lasers shot into them. Yowza. I'll have to think that one over a little. I mean, I just got new glasses..

because bush is the president I dont think you should get lasik for another four years cause the liberals dont like the spending of the democrats and if the GOP has the vote... hahahahha I have no idea!

I wouldnt do it, its too risky.

Coug... I think that is the most random sentence you have ever written. Congratulations!

Er, um, anyway. I worked with a girl who had it done and had seriously less-than-ideal results, despite following her aftercare regimen like a religion. She got the halo effect at night, for example, and continued blurring long after it would have been expected to resolve. It bugged the crap out of her that her mild myopia -- nowhere near like mine -- had been operated on, and she still had to wear glasses in a number of situations. I don't know if that means "don't get Lasik" or "don't get Lasik in DC" or what, but caveat mephit.

thanks! :) there's still always room for improvment.

I have heard/ know someone with those problems from lasik. I wouldnt risk having it done. sides I look better with glasses.

I've had it done. Yes, it hurts. Yes, it requires a bit of healing. And yes, I would do it again for the results it has given me.

I have never before been able to see the clock in the morning.

I've wanted to do it, but it's expensive, and I'm not exaclty rich, ya know. My Stepftaher had it done, he swears it was the best thing he's ever done.
